Warm weather......finally!

This was a picture perfect weekend. After several days of highs only in the 30s and lows in the teens, this weekends upper 60s was a welcome change.




Lisa and I took advantage of it, and went hiking and geocaching on the Blue Wall section of the Palmetto Trail. We have hiked on many segments of the the Palmetto Trail all over the state. So far, this is the prettiest section we have been on.

This section is in a mountainous region of the SC/NC border. While on the trail, we were able to log one very cool geocache, "LaChupahogra".

There were a good number of hikers out on the trails Sunday. When we parked the Jeep we were the only one there, when we returned, we could barely exit for all of the vehicles.
