Unexpected Benchmark design....

While geocaching over our Christmas holiday, we discovered this unique benchmark in N.C.  Most benchmarks are a brass disk or a metal rod set in stone, so this was quite the surprise.  This is located on the ground of Morganton North Carolina's historic courthouse.
